Get Started.

To find the right nanny for your family, we want to know what the ‘ideal nanny’ means to you.
During a registration call we’ll gather insights about your families values and needs.
Once we know what to look for, we’ll get started!

Kindred Search.

Our experienced consultants will shortlist the nannies we think are the best fit for your family and we’ll send you their profiles via email to review.
You choose who you want to interview and we will facilitate meetings, interviews & trials.

3.
The Family you choose.

Fantastic, you’ve chosen a Nanny! You’ve made one of the hardest parental decisions there is.
That’s hugely exciting, but let’s be honest, paperwork isn’t. We’ll help you get your admin ducks in a row, from job offer to payroll and everything in between.

4.
You’re Kindred.

You have a new family member and so do we! This is the beginning of two new, beautiful relationships.
We provide ongoing support, guidance, info & all the resources you could possibly need throughout your placement.
