Originally from New Zealand, Karen is a former Nanny, Youth Worker, Nanny Employer, and ex-Managing Director of KiwiOz Nannies. With experience in the UK nanny industry since 2008, Karen’s passionate about in home childcare and improving the experience for both families and nannies.

With over a decade of experience in Nanny Recruitment, Early Years Education, Nannying, and now a mummy to 1, Claudia played a pivotal role in establishing Kindred with Karen in 2020. Now based in New Zealand she continues to remotely support and oversee the Kindred team and company.

Born and bred in the UK, Katie brings eight years of childcare experience as a Nursery Teacher, Nanny and now a Kindred Consultant. She’s passionate about guiding and supporting families and nannies while bringing her experience and enthusiasm to every match she makes!

Originally from New Zealand, Georgia started her career as a Teacher before moving to London as a Nanny. Now based in Sydney, Georgia continues to work as a Kindred Consultant where she supports families and candidates, guiding them through every step to create the perfect match.

Originally from Sydney, Jade recently moved to London and joined Kindred as a Consultant. Having worked as a nanny herself, she understands the needs of both families and nannies. She’s passionate about building genuine relationships and creating lasting matches.

MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

Originally from New Zealand, Neve moved to London two years ago working as a nanny, now she’s Kindred’s Marketing & Community Coordinator. She’s the face behind our socials and is passionate about bringing our nannies and families together.
