Now a mum of two, she brings her personal experience and love for the industry to Kindred, with a passion for creating a better experience for families and nannies.

With over a decade of experience across nanny recruitment, early years education and nannying, Claudia brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to Kindred. A mummy of one, she played a pivotal role in establishing Kindred alongside Karen in 2020 and continues to support and oversee both the Kindred team and the wider company with passion and care.

With eight years of experience as a Nursery Teacher and Nanny, Katie brings enthusiasm and a genuine passion for people to her role as a Kindred Consultant. A natural relationship builder, she has an excellent rapport with both candidates and families and loves supporting them throughout their journey.
