Originally from New Zealand, Karen is a former Nanny, Youth Worker, and Nanny Employer, as well as ex-Managing Director of KiwiOz Nannies, and mummy of 2! She's worked in the UK nanny industry since 2008 and is passionate about in home childcare and the benefits of 1-to-1 care. Karen is dedicated to educating families & nannies and improving the system!

With over a decade of experience in Nanny Recruitment, and a background in Early Years Education and Nannying, Claudia, now a mummy to 1 played a pivotal role alongside Karen in establishing Kindred in 2020. Based in New Zealand, she continues to bring her experience to remotely support and oversee the team and company.

A born and bred Brit, Katie brings eight years of childcare experience as a Nursery Teacher, Nanny, and now Consultant at Kindred. She's passionate about helping families find the right support, guiding nannies through their journeys, and creating meaningful bonds with children, bringing that experience and enthusiasm to every match she makes!

Originally from New Zealand, Georgia began her career as a Teacher before moving to London to work as a Nanny. She's now a Consultant at Kindred, working closely with both families and candidates, supporting them through every step of the process to make the perfect match! Georgia is now based in Sydney, where she continues to support our London team from afar.

Jade recently relocated from Sydney to London, where she joined the Kindred team as a Consultant. With first hand experience working as a Nanny in Sydney, she brings a genuine understanding of the needs of both families and nannies. Jade is passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating lasting matches.

MARKETING & COMMUNITY COORDINATOR

From New Zealand, Neve moved to London two years ago where she worked as a Nanny before joining Kindred as our Marketing & Community Coordinator. From planning events to managing social media, she's passionate about bringing people together and creating an engaging community for our Kindred nannies & families!
